An earlier Bless Net titled, “If He Was Only Here,” Opened the eyes of the believer that Christ truly lives within. This reality is not only in name but in the love, power and authority that Jesus exhibited. Christians are a blessed and powerful people!

While on earth Jesus could only be at one place at one time. Now the reality for the born again one is that Christ lives within each and every saint. How long does this last? Is this condition temporary? Can I lose the Christ in me? Will He leave me on a visit to somewhere else? These are important questions for Christians to ask. The answer can be dynamically stated with just two sections of Scripture that ensure Christ in us is here to stay!

Colossians 2:9 and 10:

For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.

And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:

It says we are complete in Him, in Christ. And Christ has the fullness of the Godhead bodily resident within Him. God was in Christ and Christ is in you! If we are truly complete and have the head of all principality and power in us, then that makes us quite awesome!

All the love, power and authority demonstrated by Jesus can be exercised by us. Do you believe that? God’s Word says so, and there is no greater authority of truth than God’s Word!

Another verse that nails the truth that the Christ in you is here to stay is in Hebrews:

Hebrews 13:5:

Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.

This is the clincher verse that He is here to stay. The statement that “he will never leave thee, nor forsake thee,” in the Greek language uses the strongest of three levels of expressing the negative. What is being communicated is that the Christ in us will never, ever leave us, nor never ever forsake us.

Our lives should be so exhilarating because we are filled with Christ. We are loaded with His love, power and authority. We have nothing to fear as Christians because He is here to stay!
