Living the Adventure of a Lifetime and the Love of God
by Rev. Bob Lindfelt
Life is an adventure. As we grow from childhood we are trying new things and taking more risks as we experience new things. As we step out into the world our endeavor to seek truth becomes an adventure of a lifetime. Man's greatest adventure is having fellowship with God, His son, His Word and with the One Body of Christ. Truly the most astounding and precious adventure anyone can have is fellowship with the Creator of the universe. A most important aspect in living this adventure is manifesting the love of God.

I Never Knew Love Like This Before
by Rev. Barney Barnhart
Love is the quality of all that God is, for he IS love. His tenderness and acceptance and the quality of His love is unconditional and is ours because of all He is as our Father. It truly is not anything we can know in the human world. And our lives are changed because of the touch of the Master's hand.

Our Refuge
by Jan Magiera and Grace Davis
One of the words rendered "trust" in the Bible means to take refuge. At times we have problems that seem overwhelming but we can flee to God for protection, care and direction. He is bigger than anything that can come against us and He sees our need and provides. Four ways He provides refuge is as our rock (place of protection), under the shadow of His wings (lovingkindness & comfort), as our shield (protection from the enemy), and with His right hand (guiding us when we need power).

Practice, Practice, Practice
by Rev. Barney Barnhart
We must diligently practice to develop the habit of forgiveness. Being unforgiving develops a judgmental attitude and eventually causes a person to harbor a heart full of bitterness. We must not take on the responsibility of a judge. Mercy and love triumph over judgment. Ephesians 4:32 instructs us to be "kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you."

Trusting God Concerning Giving and Receiving --
Part IV "Purposeful Giving"
by Rev. Jan Magiera
As a man purposes in his heart means to line up our hearts with God's purposes and bring out of our stores what is needed in the family. II Cor 9:7-15 explains the barometer that true giving brings thanksgiving to God and glorifying God is the purpose of the harvest. We can also give a "good measure" according to Luke 6:38 and this giving is proportionate and sometime sacrificial.

Part II "Heart Giving"
by Jan Magiera
What is tithing all about? The teaching includes an overview of tithing in the Old Testament and a detailed study of the context of Malachi 3. The application of giving yields three conclusions: Giving is voluntary, God wants our hearts and to be clear about our motives, and that no one should have any lack.

Trusting God Concerning Giving and Receiving
Part I "Grace Giving"
by Jan Magiera
This teaching covers three parts: the pattern of giving from Philippians 4, what is true prosperity, and what grace has to do with giving from II Cor 8:1-5. The five points regarding God's view of prosperity are:
- God owns everything and we "own" nothing.
- The ability to get wealth comes from God.
- God's blessings carry no sorrow with them.
- Real prosperity results from fear of the Lord and seeking Him with all of our heart.
- To prosper means to "accomplish satisfactorily what is intended, to have success."

Strength Will Rise as We Wait upon the Lord
by Rev. Jan Magiera
Waiting upon the Lord is not a passive waiting, but rather an intertwining or weaving of our hearts together with God's heart. As we do that, we continue to abide in His presence with a keen, active expectation toward Him. Strength does not come from our own abilities or resources; it is supernatural strength from the spirit of Christ within us. Strength will rise as we hope in the Word, praise God in prayer, and continue in love.
