Ever been locked out of a website because you entered the wrong password a few times?  And then you had to take whatever steps were necessary to unlock the account, maybe even having to call customer service.  Been there, done that!

Over the past few weeks, I have shared on various subjects regarding “the road to excellence” that were intended for us to become the best version of ourselves that we can be.

This evening, I want to briefly look at two powerful words that I think will be a helpful tool for all of us in seeing excellence becoming a reality. It will however require us to do something we are all familiar with,
