Pause for His Presence

Life just does not stop. Information constantly coming in through the airways, text messages, emails, work, school, etc. There is something people like to call "the pause" which is a moment in time where everything stops and rest is allowed in. God is at the center of this. Perhaps this is an alternative to the noise of life. While we pause, we can achieve great benefits.
