Scripture: Colossians 3:1
We set our affections (thoughts) on things above and not on things of this earth.
We have been prepared for a victorious life in Christ as we renew our minds and walk in the spirit. We are sanctified by the truth which protects us from the evil one and the temptations of the flesh. John 17:15-17. We are not ignorant of Satan's devices, one being unforgiveness, instead we are to be kind one to another, tenderhearted forgiving one another as God through Christ has forgiven us.
Our lives today have great purpose as ambassadors for the Lord Jesus Christ and testifying of the love and goodness of God until the Lord returns.
