Life moves fast. We wake up with alarms, check our phones before our feet hit the floor, rush to work, rush home, rush through conversations, rush through meals, and sometimes… we even rush through our time with God. We stay busy. We stay distracted. We stay anxious. And before we know it, we’re exhausted—not just physically, but spiritually. Sometimes I think God looks at us and lovingly says, “Just breathe.”
