Are you enjoying what you eat? Are you satisfied, nourished, strengthened? God's Word tells us the Man cannot live by bread alone, (physical food) but by every word that comes out of the mouth of God. God's Word is alive and powerful and will give sustenance to our lives.
When you experience a hunger urge decide if its for physical food or a hunger to dwell in the presence of God and read His Word for your necessary food. Jeremiah said, when he found the Words of God, he ate them and they were the joy and rejoicing of his heart.
