This teaching points out two great sleepers in God's Word. Our Lord Jesus Christ and Peter in the midst of a great storm and in prison bound by chains both slept.They were at peace, at rest, trusting God.They were fully persuaded of God's goodness and care for their lives.
Are we resting in complete confidence in our Abba Father? We must cease from our own works and walk in faith, love, obedience and the result will be peace which is undisturbed believing. As members of one body, we are called to live in peace and to be thankful.
