When you adjust the thermostat in your home do you expect either heat or cold?

When you turn on the water faucet or the light switch do you expect results?

When we put the key in the ignition do we expect the car to start?

Obviously, the answer is YES!!

But sometimes when we do these things, we don’t get what we “thought” was going to happen! OMG, now what? Panic? Freak out? Well maybe at first, but then we get our DIY hat on, or we call the repairman. Why?  We want the issue resolved.

Trust works like this too.  When we claim a promise from God, we expect it to happen!!
