The question in our hearts often is how God sees us. We are HIS! He tells us how much he loves us and has formed us from before the foundation of the world. We can turn a lot of verses into "I am" statements that reflect and personalize what God thinks about us.

From Psalm 139:

I am known and understood and loved by God.

I am being ushered into my future by Jesus who has prepared the way for me.

I am protected from the harm of my past by Jesus who follows behind me with kindness.

I am never alone.

I am guided by His hand and empowered by His strength.

I am constantly cherished in God's thoughts every single moment.

I am inviting and welcoming Jesus in to examine my heart, sift through my anxious cares, lift me off the path of pain and bring me back to Him.

My body was skillfully and perfectly formed by God in my mother's womb.
