Having recently been asked the question, “What does newness of life mean to me?” I immediately began to write a list of things that came to mind.

Here is what I wrote:

Being asked to verbalize an answer to this question, inspired me to talk about our “possibility potential.” What does that mean? How about the supernatural reality of living in that place, that place of experiencing God. The seed of God planted in us, with the food of His promises and the fertilization of fellowship, puts us in a perfect spot for the “possibility potential” within us to be energized by Him and to work in us as only He can.

The Limitless of the New Life

“We have searched for the reason for our existence, the purpose for our being alive. We ask, “Who am I?”  We have been taught to be conscious of our sense of unrighteousness.  We have been taught to remember our feelings of unworthiness, our self- condemnation, as well as our cancerous fears, worries, anxieties, frustrations, and doubts.  These things will forever irritate our inner serenity until we realize the magnitude of our redemption, until we realize what it means to have Christ in us and to be in Christ, until we realize what he did for us and in us, and until we realize what he made us to be in him.  Then we can see and attain to the limitless of this new life.”
